Shipping Times & Costs

Who do we ship with?

All orders will be shipped with UPS, our fully trackable courier service, Evri or hand delivered depending on your chosen method. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed by midday will be dispatched the same day and those placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day.

Standard Delivery: 2-3 Days
Express Delivery: Next Day

* The above applies to mainland UK only. For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the British Islands deliveries will usually take 2-3 days.

Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Mainland Orders over £25

Standard Delivery: FREE
Express Delivery: £6.95

UK Mainland Orders under £25

Standard Delivery: £4.95
Express Delivery: £6.95

Scottish Highlands, Northern Island and British Islands: £7.95

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries), please contact us in writing hello@hjemhome.com

Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent by UPS.
